  3. 150 gr harina de garbanzos

  2. Preparamos en un plato el pan rallado y en otro el "huevo vegano" para rebozar. Añadimos la harina de garbanzos, el vinagre y el agua, movemos un largo rato hasta que no queden grumos y quede una textura muy muy parecida al huevo batido (si es necesario podéis añadir más agua de poco en poco).
  3. Bañamos los palitos en la mezcla de garbanzos empapando bien por cada lado y pasamos por el pan rallado rebozándolo bien.
  4. Preparamos la bandeja del horno con papel vegetal, pre-calentamos el horno a 180° durante 10 minutos. Vamos colocando los palitos separados en la bandeja. Cuando ya los tenemos todos bien cubiertos, metemos al horno durante 35-40 minutos con calor arriba y abajo (cada horno es diferente, debéis ir mirando el color y el tiempo según vuestro horno). Mientras prepararemos la salsa en la que dippearemos nuestros palitos crujientes
  5. Cortamos el aguante por la mitad, quitamos la semilla y quitamos la piel, colocamos las dos mitades en un plato y machacamos con un tenedor, aliñamos al gusto con ajo en polvo, sal, orégano, perejil y unas gotitas de limón. Cuando ya tenemos una pasta espesa sin apenaa grumos, añadimos un chorrito de AOVE y el queso fresco batido y mezclamos bien.
  6. Una vez pasado el tiempo y los palitos están doraditos, los sacamos del horno y colocamos sobre una rejilla para que se atemperen. Ahora podemos emplatar y ya están listos para mojar en nuestra salsa y disfrutar de ese "crunch-crunch" que taaannto me gusta. 😋🤤🤪
