Llevamos al horno y dejamos cocer 30-40 minutos, hasta que al pinchar con un palillo salga limpio, si veis que se os está quemando por arriba y aún no está hecho, cubrirlo con papel albal.

- Transcurrido el tiempo de horneado sacamos el bizcocho del horno y lo dejamos enfriar 15 minutos antes de desmoldar.

- Ya tenemos nuestro bizcocho, yo lo espolvoreé con un poquito de azúcar glass por encima.
