  4. Haremos un agujerito buscando siempre la parte más débil del profiterol
  5. Yo me he ayudado de un pincho para hacer el agujero
  6. De paso con el pincho me he asegurado al escarbar dentro, de que las bolas quedarán limpias de fibra de la misma masa, para que la crema entrara bien y llegara a todas partes
  7. Una vez rellenas al congelador
  8. Deshacer al baño maría el chocolate y por otra parte en un bol poner el azúcar glass con un poco de canela mezclado
  9. Pasar las bolas por el chocolate y rápidamente por el azúcar con canela y vuelta al congelador
  10. Solamente tendrás que sacarlas 1/2 h antes de probarlas. Cuánto más pequeñas te salgan más apetecibles y al poder comerla entera la explosión de sabores es divina...!
