  7. Dependiendo de la pasta y el gusto al dente, se escurre simplemente la pasta en un colador y se tira la hoja de laurel.
  8. Se sirve la pasta en cada plato y con un colador fino y una cuchara sopera se filtra la salsa de nata y aguacate para desechar grumos e impurezas.
  9. Que la salsa quede fina.
  10. Y el toque que no puede faltar al final, queso recién rallado Parmesano.
  11. ... y el maridaje de acompañar la pasta con el mismo vino blanco con el que se haya preparado la receta.
