  4. Bañamos la mezcla con dos cucharadas de Soja, el zumo de lima, sal y cilantro picadito. Removemos todo para que se impregne bien y reservamos en la nevera una hora mínimo para que suelte todo su sabor
  5. A la hora de emplatar, escurrimos bien todo y reservamos el líquido que ha soltado. Lo vamos a mezclar con un hierbabuena picadita.
  6. Para emplatar, colocamos las hojas de lechuga abajo... encima el queso fresco en lonchas finas y sobre esto... nuestro tartar.
  7. Por último lo vamos a bañar con la vinagreta que hemos reservado
  8. Espolvoreamos con cebollino picado y semillas de chía
